Production Assistant

We are seeking a Production Assistant who will finish products ordered by customers on a tight deadline. Individuals need to be punctual, goal oriented, hard working, and dedicated to quality.

Working Hours: 9:00-5:00 Monday to Friday

Some overtime may be required

Flexible with schooling


  • Cut, grommet, and heat-weld banners for customers                         
  • Load multiple printers with different media                                                    
  • Clean and Organize their work areas                                             
  • Complete projects assigned from the production manager



  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Previous print shop work preferred


Warehouse Manager

We are the largest distributor of consumer grade fireworks in the Nation.  We are currently looking to fill the position of Warehouse Manager to handle daily operation at our Towanda, KS facility.  Daily operations include shipping and receiving, returns and transfers.  The successful applicant will maintain high levels of accuracy in day to day operations, lead and develop a warehouse team.  If you have the knowledge and experience in distribution we invite you to apply today.

Job brief

We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to manage receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the receipt of products, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly



  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
  • Maintain computer controlled inventory
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
  • Liaise with, suppliers and transport companies
  • Plan work days, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
  • Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
  • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided



  • Proven work experience as a warehouse manager (2 years)
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures
  • Proven ability to implement process and improvement them.
  • Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases (we currently use Sage management software)
  • Leadership skills and ability manage staff
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Lift 30 pounds.
  • Ability to work weekends and long hours if required.



Fork Lift Drivers - Full Time


Primary responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Pulling orders
  • General warehosue duties



  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs
  • Must be able to multi task
  • Ability to work weekends
